Step 1. Review and Execute the Agreement
Please download and read the proposal linked above. If you have any questions or new information to share, please contact Bill Ringle to discuss.
Step 2. Complete the initial or full payment.
Use the button above to access the ACH details. You will need your bank account details to complete the transfer. The Client is responsible for ACH transfer fees.
Remember that you can discount any Option by 6% if you choose to pay the full fee to initiate the project. Download the W9 form.
Step 3. Confirm the Kick-off Meeting
Here are 3 proposed time slots reserved for the kick-off meeting. Pick the one that best fits your schedule or let me know if we need to look further out on the calendar. The agenda and other materials to help prepare for the kickoff will be sent in advance.
The 3 proposed dates have passed. Look for an invite to the kickoff-meeting via email which will contain the agenda so that everyone knows how to best prepare for a great meeting and successful project. You will have at least 2 business days advance notice.
